You are an educated, motivated, in control person who had plans and followed all the rules to make them happen. Either suddenly or gradually, your life has shifted away from those well thought out plans. The Moving Past books bring focus in the moment when you find yourself stuck. They combine information with thought provoking questions and journaling exercises to help you get through.
